Weight that is! I HAVE LOST 6 LBS!!! And truth be told, I haven't followed the meal plan exactly like I should have, usually not getting enough fruits and veggies in and YET I've still lost weight!! I am so excited!
I KNOW that if I eat the way I should using the PPVVVFFFSSD, Fat that I discuessed here that I will lose it even quicker.
The best thing is that it's not even a diet! Diets just don't work. It's just eating right...basically what we've always known but just told to me in a different way and with the right motivation (looking in the mirror for me usually works, especially naked...ooh, or trying on clothes!)
So this post is dedicated to the 6 lbs I've lost: Goodbye and Good Riddance!!!!
